Just because it is vegan does not mean it is healthy. Coffee, sugar, flour, beer, vodka, cooking oils, and bacon are all vegan, but not necessarily healthy.

No, we have made our environments evolve for us...nice try...that's why we don't live in caves or out in the forest. It's why we can't run as fast as hunter animals, etc. You nitpicked one little area...that may be true, maybe not. But evidence suggests that MEAT EATING AIDED IN OUR BRAIN'S EVOLUTION. Hitting the road but I'll be back with source material if we want to continue...
Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -

It just takes some planning, preparation, time and discipline. I stop at Walmart once a week and get fruits, veggies, water, milk and dairy products, yogurt (I am vegetarian, but not vegan). When I take hometime, I go to Whole Foods market and get bulk granola, bulk brown rice, bulk beans (several kinds), and pasta.. and also lots of raw honey... I carry 2 electric pots and one slow cooker in the truck... Pots, pans, cookware, Ninja Bullet blender for juices... Make a kitchen in the truck almost every evening or whenever I finish my driving day...
It takes some time.. as I have to slice the veggies, cook them with salt, water, spices, garlic and onions... I like seasoning the food.. sometimes I eat raw too.. But rice and beans are a must every day as I am originally from Brasil and that's how we eat there.
I spend about one hr per day cooking... cause I don't like to cook large amounts... I cook for no more than 3 meals....
Then, gotta rinse the pots and such so nothing is left dirty inside the truck... that can cause bad smell and bugs.
I used to prepare burritos to eat while driving... but can't find any tortillas without freakin white sugar... so I gave up on those. I don't eat white sugar... No sandwiches either cause can't find bread without sugar.. as if all the chemicals in them weren't enough crap already...
The Ninja Bullet is a very handy small blender you can use to prepare all kinds of juices and smoothies and shakes... but gotta wash that clean after it... don't let the dirt sit there and get hard and stinky...
All that takes time and discipline... I wish you good luck...

And evidently you don't care about your health. Monsato poisons the food. Lol. Wow. But hey, that's your choice. If everyone grew their own food like used to happen before money took over we wouldn't need to worry about feeding everyone.Blackshack46 and Rocks Thank this.

Rocks needs a tortilla press for her next gift.

This country is totally addicted to sugar...
Even the veggies taste sweet... very different from the veggies in Brasil... the carrot, the chayotte squash, the green beans, the corn... they are all sweet... not like the ones in Brasil...
And most food in can has sugar... and almost all industrialized food has sugar...
and Americans put sugar in the food they cook...
I don't know why... Asked a cook the other day.. and he didn't know... just said that's how they cook... I know why... it's because they addicted to freakin white sugar...
Rollin4FunNProfit, Bizzarrogeorge and Lepton1 Thank this. -
