Just wondering, do you use any type of comapny for your book-keeping??? I have a few buddies who do their own, and all got audited. The other two use ATBS and never had anything in the last 4yrs..... just wondering

I currently am using quickbooks pro.
In my past business i used quickbooks as well.
in the past i have always used a accountant for business and personal tax Preparation.
this is the first year i am attemping to do my own tax prep. thru a tax prep. software.
My past years returns, I have never been audited. -
been out running, came home to take care of some maint. issues.
new frt. brakes and drums, starter cylenoid, pwr. steering pump, oil cooler lines and checked out my a/c syestem only to find a leak so i had it checked out and he came to the conclusion that i had a bad compresser, so he is recommending i replace the other componets. and i still have more boards to replace on the trailer. -

Can u put this spreadsheet in a pdf link? And what is the formula that you use the cost per mile? This info is a great help.

i tried several different format's to post that scan, all were unable to upload till i used my PB acct. and copied and paste the link here.
the formula is all in the worksheet, miles divided by expenses = bep.
