Question what is a good percentage rate to charge on each load booked? I am new to dispatching and self learning for my boyfriend and his friends. He says he is paying me 5% . Is that a good rate?

5% is a decent rate. Particularly for someone with no experience. Pretty good deal for the boyfriend as well, since you probably have his interests at heart more than the average dispatcher.
