I would suggest subscribing to Internet Truckstop and working with whoever has freight. I don't think I would rely on any one brokers freight to keep you moving. The most important would be finding a customer or broker that has freight around your house.

Pape interested in an Owner Ops in the Metro Tri State NYC Area?
-
I am not certain. Are you interested in running from IA to NJ, or running up and down the East Coast? Do you have your own trailer? Do you have a safe parking place?MackDaddyMark Thanks this.
-
OTR Doesn't bother me long as I can get a solid 34hrs @ home. Yes I have my own trailer and yes I parked in a secure gated parking lot!
-
Your trailer is a flatbed, correct? There is not much we could do with that trailer.
-
Yes....ohh ok thanks anyway!

Are they still taking 10 days from delivery to send a check for the shippment?
-
C.H Robinson took advanage of a shippment on my insurance company last year. Filed a claim on a whole truck load of plywood that my insurance company paid for, when only 4 bundles were so call damaged. Guess what, the 4 bundles wasn't damaged at all and the frieght was resold at full price from a double brokered load.
Never hauled anything for them!
