Maybe I'll say it again, somebody with a small company that has trucks can help you here.

 

Well once you have your license you are only just putting the sock on long from getting a foot in anywhere. You basicly start at the local hauling companies, rock, base or whatever. If you dont get anything there, dont give up keep trying everywhere. Get on the CB and ask the drivers if they know anyone in the area. I got alot of leads when I was looking from that vary place.

 

I would use yellow pages dot com for this but search trucking, aggregate, rock haulers, building materials (these guys sometimes hire newbs), anything you can think that needs to be hauled locally. I found a window place not too far from me opnce but they just didnt pay enough for me and the CDL.

Oh and I guess it goes without sayin but make sure to search your town. or Dallas in general. Ft Worth is a small place when the rest of Dallas is there as well.
