Doesn't matter how you aim them, or where you place the cutoff. Unless you always drive on flat ground, you're going to blind someone when you're coming over the top of hills, and you're going to be blinded by their lights when the reverse is true. Even with factory installed lighting.

It doesn't matter if it is factory or not, the lights looked like they are aimed too high.
Most people won't complain, people like me with photosensitive eye, really get pissed off about being blinded by excessive lights and there has been a bunch of automotive people now bringing it up as a problem to the dot and are telling the dot they need to so something about the blinding light.MM71 Thanks this. -
