I’m Currently working for Swift and I’m looking for a good LTL company with a terminal in Charleston, SC. I have a preference for working at night.

Not sure what LTL carriers are in your area, but heres the list of decent companies... Fedex Freight, Old Dominion, Estes, ABF, XPO. UPS possibly as well? Do you have hazmat, tanker and doubles/triples endorsements? It's good that you want to work night since most new linehaul drivers usually start on vampire shift. Good luck and keep us updated

It's not LTL, but it's a decent company. They're strict on the 18 mos. experience.
If you are looking for a local Class A CDL driving job and live within 50 miles of one of our terminals, we would love to speak with you. TCW terminals are located in Atlanta GA, Birmingham AL, Charleston SC, Charlotte NC, Columbia SC, Jackson MS, Memphis TN, Nashville TN, Savannah GA, and Spartanburg SC, Dalton GA.

I don’t have my endorsements yet but I’m working on getting those. Also, I have 3 speeding tickets in the last 3 years (all in my personal vehicle). Will these tickets keep me from getting a job at any of these companies? Or should I just wait until the tickets fall off( 2 of them are coming off in February of next year)?

I would wait for the tickets to fall off in February then apply. Slow down in your personal vehicle, A clean CDL is your golden ticket in this business, treat it as such.

Muttsley, localguy65, speedyk and 2 others Thank this.

3 tickets will terminate a driver at my company, so they don't even want to hire someone with 2 tickets because that would put them on the bubble from the get go. Let 2 fall off, then apply in the spring when the busy season cranks back up.
