It was probably sent to multiple drivers and I was not the first to accept it.dptrucker Thanks this. -
At a loves in Brigham city ut.
Been here since delivering to Wal-Mart in Corrine ut.
Should have message planner to go south.
They sent 3 preplan that was going into more bad weather.
Finally got this one that picks up in Ogden ut at 1100 today and goes to porterville ca anytime b4 midnite on the 2nd.
Turned on bunkheater for the 1st time since I got the truck back in August and doesn't work. Says check blower motor on control panel.. So needless to say it was a cold 2 nites. Above 33 degrees so truck won't idle. -
Btw... ended up getting a 34 reset that wasn't needed lol

My bunk heater still works but my batteries are too weak. I can't sit through the night without them shutting everything down by 0300, so no bunk heater or they will be near dead in a couple hours.
But, I deliver in Neenah, WI tomorrow at 1100 and I'll be headed to the terminal after that for some new batteries. I'll also get to meet my new DM at the Menasha terminal.
I think I've been to that terminal only twice in the past 9 years, so it is funny that I got this load just after being transferred there. I don't remember the terminal or the people, but everyone I have spoken to so far have been very nice.
My TM at IGH said he thought I would fit in there, and so far I agree.
A pplan came in today saying it was my home time load.
Pick up 60 miles away in WI with 2 extra stops, headed to WA.
How is that a home time load when my home time is in MN? ??
I turned it down, but said if it t-called at Inver Grove I would pick it up. No response.
There is plenty of time on the load to allow for a t-call, even with me going to the shop tomorrow for the batteries.
So far it hasn't been taken off of me, so I'll check with my DM tomorrow to see if we can work that out.FerrissWheel Thanks this. -
I don't run bunk heater all nite. Just enough to get it warm before going to bed.
Then I usily wake up about an hour or 2 b4 alarm goes off. So I will turn it back on till I get up.
Will be interesting to see how batteries do with heater and cpap .machine going..
I can run a fan all nite with batteries left..
Will have to get the bunk heater looked at when I get to a terminal.FerrissWheel Thanks this. -
Loves off i15 and hwy 93.
They got me loaded really quick. Stopped at a t/a in parowan ut for a 30 break and a shower.
25 degrees warmer today than it was yesterday. 20 mph wind with gust up to 30 no fun with this very lite load.FerrissWheel Thanks this.
