Yes I will agree with you. The current snowflake generation is well over sanitizing. I remember eating dirt and mud and running around barefoot in just a pair of jeans shorts and all sorts of crap I was in affected with so to speak. I'm sure it's helped me have a stronger immunity vs. a weaker one.

My stance is the same. I want to eat my fish n chips in a poorly lit room with gratuitous pints of beer. And probably a shot of whiskey on the side.

They can bring it out in a tyvek suit for all i care.

On a 10ft pole if they have too. Idgaf.

Any case i just bought a 2nd phone and new tablet thanks to the stimulus check so. There is that.

I picked up a pallet load at a Walmart DC. They required me to wear a mask, which they provided, and to take my temperature. 96.8 was the reading. He wasn't sure if that was good or bad. (No, not a typo.)
(And when I actually get a fever it tends to be on the very high side. I've gotten it up to 106.6)

Now I'm at the TA in Morris, IL. My next load is picking up here at the Costco going to Eden Prairie, MN, picking up tomorrow and delivering at 1000 on Friday. A bit low on miles to start the week, but we'll see what happens.
I only hope they get the load finished well before the 1500 pick up time, otherwise it will be very tight.

picked that load up in cedar city ut and Tcalled it at jurupa terminal.
grabbed an empty and picked this load up in Colton ca.
came here for a much needed shower and sleep.
hopefully other driver gets a load and can get to beaver ut sooner than last nite.
some bonehead from pheonix called me around 2330 last nite wondering if I made the delivery.
half asleep I told him I am delivering nothing lol.
waiting for other driver who hasn't showed up yet.
driver showed 15 minutes later lol.
so got up and parked in front of other trailer.
told my dl to put a note in my profile for nobody, I mean nobody, is to call me between 2100 and 0600.

I'm sure I would have given that bonehead a lot more than that.

That happened a few years back when I was running some Walmart stuff in Florida.
Calls at 0100 to tell me my load is ready, when I have a pick up time of 0330.
I really laid into that guy for waking me up. They never did that to me again.
And I never ran those Walmart loads again either,

    I hate the babysitter types.

Im just chilling behind a gas station in Beaumont.

Everything going off without a hitch, student doing ok on his 45s.

Load was ready a little later this morning but the turn around was no problem.

Discovered the joys of Bang birthday bash high protein coffee. So there is that.

then the other drive called and said he didn't think he make Lupton but could make it here.

called him when I got here and asked about his hours and how far he was.

With 8 months in, if he still doesn't have a clue he probably never will.

Near St. Louis, MO at a Love's.
I was lucky at 1430 this afternoon by getting the last spot here.

In the newest Covid-19 video on the portal I left a half-positive comment. Let's see if they include the full text, or at all.
They don't like, and never post, the negative comments.

The video was fine, and my negative had to do with the Like button.
They don't include a Dislike button in any of the comment sections of any of the videos.
    Cowards.

I have also left comments, both with the videos and my DM's about the new fueling program, because I do not like it at all.
Fueling 60 gallons at a time wastes a lot of my time, as does going 10-15 miles in the opposite direction. And I seldom have more than one decent option, most often none at all.
And no actual route is given anymore. I guess those super smart programmers just can't figure that part out yet.

    FerrissWheel Thanks this.

Im liking the new fuel option, I’m not getting smaller fuel limits just an optional fuel stop at different location. The route still comes so something sounds off.
