My Covid-19 test came back negative, so either I've recovered from it or I had something else.
Bummer not knowing for sure.

3 days fever free before I can come back to work, so I should be back Sunday.

they had no empties and my pickup is half mile across the street.
drove over to see if they let me bobtail in. no dice.
so had to bobtail back to jurupa terminal for an empty..
got here with 20 minutes left.
hopefully the 70 reopens soon.

 

Finally back to work. I was starting to go nuts being stuck at home for a week.

Wilmington, IL at the Petro tonight and then headed back to MN with a Costco load that is already 2 days late picking up.

3 days with a normal temperature is all Swift requires.
My sister, at IKEA, would have had to stay home much longer. That is one reason she stayed with her son when I was there. She was very happy to get back home.

My test also came back negative.
The soonest I was able to get the test was also the day my temp went back to normal.
Too bad, because if I could have been tested a day or two sooner I would have a better idea if I actually had the virus or not.

Madison, WI at the TA, headed to Fargo, ND with a Costco load.
After getting back on Sunday I finished the pay period with about 1,700 miles. Not bad.

Since I was out sick and had a Covid-19 test done I was eligible for extra pay.
I was down for 7 days, including the wait time for a normal temperature.
The compensation is just under $1,200, and again not bad at all.

I haven't been hit that hard with a sickness since I had the London Flu back in the 70's.

 

If you're heading to Fargo gotta watch the movie. LOL

Already dispatched on my next load however, which came in just after my PTA was set for my 34.
Predictable from Fargo, since I have had the exact same load the last 2 times I was here.
Pick up in Perham, MN and delivering at Costco in Morris, IL. It's a nice load. Light with plenty of time on it.
