After several load were cancelled I got one to Lenexa, KS. The wind was getting higher throughout the day.
45mph gusts when I left Costco at about 1830. They were from the south and I was headed north so they didn't bother me too much getting here.

I was lucky to be able to deliver this load early. It had a 2100 appointment time and I got there at around 1715. 2100 would have been after my 14 had expired.

My time with this Costco account will soon come to an end.
My DM said it was until the end of the month (March) but I am still doing it.
I will be telling her I want to go back to my normal GLR stuff after my home time, which is set for the 10th.

 

I picked up a t-called load at Edwardsville this morning.
It had a scale ticket, and the tandems were 37,740!
I hope that driver gets service failed. That was just plain rude.
With the tandems all the way back it scaled legal.

 

Unless you really wanted it, I would've handed the load right back to them.

 

Well, I was able to get it legal so it wasn't more than a bother.

 

Well, My last day was last friday.

Im getting my new truck and trailer this week pulling RGN. Our pete is already pulling loads.
