    Well, near enough.

After I deliver in Geneva I will pick up a Sam's load going to MN.
It is already late, so I have my choice of delivery time. Nice.
It will be a day earlier than my requested home time date but I will go on home time with that load.

I may have to take an extra day of home time, since I am getting home a day early.
It all depends on whether my daughter can get a weekend day off for the early Turkey Day dinner.

My sister got a fresh, non-frozen organic 19 pound turkey with none of that crap they put in most of them.
That will make for a very tasty meal, and leftovers, and soup a bit later.

My bunk heater is still not working correctly.
That is 3 shops that I have taken it to, and 3 shop failures.

I had a nice surprise when I got to my car today.
I was able to jump start it, so no damage on that front.

There was a not so nice surprise also waiting for me.
On the passenger side floor, both front and rear, was about 2 inches of water.
I'm not sure where it came in from.
When I began driving there was a horrendous noise coming from the speakers. Rather like the noise made from the lane departure alarm in the truck, but many times louder and more like static . Not all the time, just sometimes. The radio wasn't even turned on.
After the last time I noticed the interior lights were no longer working, nor the trunk release or the display on the radio. Probably (hopefully) just blew some fuses.

I went down after I got home with some towels. What looks like an amplifier for the radio is mounted under the front passenger seat, and the water was sloshing around it.

I'll be getting a car cover so that won't happen again.

    This car has gremlins.

I pulled into the Cub parking lot, opened the door and got out, shut the door... and the horn starts honking.
I open the door and the horn shuts off.
Close the door and the horn is honking again, loud and continuous.
Open the door and it shuts off.
Did that a couple more times.

Thinking it was the switch I held the switch in while the door was open.
    No horn.
I shut the door, and no more horn.
Hasn't happened before or since, only that one time.

    Weird.

So the car had no low beam headlights (but the high beams worked) and no fog lights working, so I thought it was the multi-function switch.
Replaced that, and still no low beams or fog lights.

Turned out it was the bulbs.
How odd is it that both low beam headlights and both fog light bulbs would be burned out at the same time?
Did the headlights, but not yet the fog lights.

Aside from the small issues, this car is a beauty.
25 years old with around 60k miles and it drives like a dream.
