picked up load from Jurupa terminal and took it to Beaver Saturday
got there around 4:30 other guy got there around 8:30 so I just went right to bed
got up around 3:00am and left beaver and stopped at Cedar City for fuel and scae load tandems were 34,750 got it to 33,900 one hole past the 40 ft mark.
had no issues getting past calif sb scale.
not sure what the problem is with the other driver
tcalled load at jurupa terminal.
off till tuesday..
Today is the best day I felt good so far this week hopefully the infection got through me

 

That kind of thing should earn the other driver a service failure.

Maybe you should insist on a legal scale ticket before taking a heavy load.
That should be standard practice, just like when t-calling a load.

 

I'm in Owatonna, MN tonight.
Stuck doing Costco loads again.

21 degrees so I'm idling the truck, since my truck does not have a bunk heater.
Opti-Idle is rather worthless for keeping it warm.

 

he bring scale tix from the brewery. Denver says its certified.. the one he brought said tandems were 33700

We had snow moving in when I woke up this morning. There were already dozens of crashes and the weather alert went until 1800 this evening.
I decided to stay off the roads today and had my PTA set for tomorrow morning.

ended up doing three local runs yesterday no load today
terminal manager closed the outbound gate due to high very high winds
hopefully get a beaver run tomorrow

 

I got down to Springfield, MO this afternoon for my delivery. My next load is picking up just south of Kansas City headed for the Owatonna Costco.
I was shocked to see a delivery window of 0400-2359. I have usually seen 0100-0400.

My home time is set for the 18th and this delivers on the 17th, so I'm considering it my home time load.

 

Made it home at around 2100 after a very long day.
Heavy crosswinds all day.

I got home a day early (sort of) and decided to go back when I would have if I had gotten here tomorrow, so a 4 day home time instead of my usual 3.
4 weeks and 2 days out, and this time I am taking all that I am due.

got weekend load..
picked up at jv terminal and left around 0700.
pretty windy , so I got off off i15 and took sidesteps. don't think it's safe going 40- 45mph on freeway.
got to beaver ut at 1730. other driver got there just before 1930.
so I ended up a 8/2 split.
did my 8hr sleeper berth just south of misquite NV at a truck parking area.
