Two places that I stop at a lot for fuel, Casey's General and Quick Trip. Right now they are .10/gal cheaper then the Peelot up the road. QT pastry is great in the morning, especially the Apple Fritters, but the French Vanilla cream for coffee, sucks.

Super 8 in Defiance, OH. Helping a friend with a flatbed load before I take my seat at the Richmond academy on Monday! Looking forward to it, but worried about the Virginia heat. Any chance they allow shorts and t-shirts on the range?

No argument there ... East coat has a way with Italian. Was staying on a customers site in CT and the local place delivered to my truck.

Picking up in VA and heading to Sumner for a Wednesday delivery ...

had a decent day going to Paso Robles then Turlok, tomorrow heading to Vegas so this week has started with a bang for miles and with good timing since I have some extra bills pop up including my power bill doubling this month.

Taking a 30 in Butte. Should be another beautiful day in Paradise.

Contemplating whether to stay on I-90 all the way to Rapid City or run the 212, etc according to GPS for 59 less miles. Anyone have an opinion?

Exit 90 on I-55. Did my post trip and flat drive tire. Off the rim. Guess that nurse it to the 109 at the loves in the morning. Get it fixed.

Probably to late ... but this time of year, 212. Besides, your student can see Little Big Horn. You can catch a glimpse of the marker from the 212.

Heading that way. In OH tonight on the turnpike ... somewhere in WI tomorrow.

Yep, that 212 is a beautiful run. Great road, very few small towns, and it cuts 57 miles off the run compared to staying on I-90 all the way.

Right now in the middle of sleeper berth somewhere on I-90 in the middle of South Dakota. I'll take over after we get onto I-29. We need to deliver this load by midnight tomorrow night in Montgomery, AL and then hot foot it down to the Florida border to pick up a JIT load headed just south of Milwaulkie, then grab another JIT load headed to York, PA.

Seems like we are consistently getting stacked with one or two loads and we've been running on recaps for the last week. This is great for teaching time management. It's just about time to put in a home time request, because I think he'll be at 200 hours about the time we get back to Jurupa Valley.
