That's good to know

 

Bouncing around in the bunk while my teammate makes me money. When will this storm finally end?? Not that it matters, still getting good miles.

 

This is an excellent rule, I love being inspected and having tires fixed quickly, padlocks cut off etc... I'll say that the Salt Lake Central inspection bay is excellent for this too. They need to inspect the drivers next for too many twinkies.

 

Then I guess I'll just have to avoid Laredo. Not that hard to do as I've only been down there twice in 2 1/2 years.

 

At the house enroute to SoCal with a load of used tires that I picked up in Albuquerque. It's only 30 extra miles (compared to taking I-40 to I-15) AND I get to see the family and sleep at home.

Gonna drop early tomorrow (scheduled for Friday @ 6:00 am) then park at the Montebello drop yard. There's a decent diner a 10 minute walk from the yard and despite the lack of showers I kind of like the place.

 

finally out of here in the morning. Got released today by the Doctor. Load at the yard going to (yech) Menomine, WI for 2359 on the 15th

 

been to that diner last year. good food.

 

Doing a 10 at a rest area just east of Joplin MO on I-44. Enroute to Laredo for a Friday morning drop.

Man, it was COLD in Wisconsin when I got up this morning to get loaded. Was the first time I've run the bunk heater all night this season. It's pretty chilly down here MO too.

 

Been enjoying the cooler weather. Woke early this morning to a cold truck, turned the bunk heater on and went back to sleep.

I had a 0400 d/h delivery this morning at Lowe's. When I got there I was told I'd have to wait until 0600.
Well, my 14 ran out before that.
I tried calling the store but only got a machine, and I guess the DM also had no luck. She finally said to take my break and send a mac 22.
They'll just have to wait until this evening for their stuff.
