Ours is not to question the reason why...
Our is but to do or, well, put up with another day of BS.
Either that, or quit.

oh you will be in my neck of the woods!
I am pretty sure which warehouse your going to, soon a couple more dc's will be opening up right next to the Target, they tore down the nice house across the street and now stripping the farm land next to the new building. They have been working quickly on a kohls and cant remember what the other one is.

Somewhere west of Effingham, IL. I took over last night in central PA on I-80 and ran to Effingham, IL for our change over and a fuel stop at the TA.
The wind kicked up something ferocious last night on I-80 in northeast Ohio. We're running about 8000 lbs and I seriously considered stopping to set the trailer tandems all the way back to make a more stable ride, but rode it out and got past the wind and rain by central Ohio.
Right now we're riding nice in calm, sunny weather approaching St. Louis. Should be able to make our delivery by Sunday night in San Pedro, CA on time. -

Some where just west of Nashville, TN. Looking at the weather map and there seems to be a nice storm coming behind me. Looking at my future, and where I am delivering is supposed to get between 5-8 inches Sunday night. I could be having some fun come Monday morning. I know that I am going to do what I can to get out of there. I know that I will not be going north since that is the way that the storm will be moving, and definitely not over the mountains. I am hoping to get to Greenville, VA before it hits, and then only 20 miles away.

Grand Island, NE at the Bosselman's/Pilot. Stopped short because I got sick of fighting the wind. Not as bad as when I stopped in York (due to high winds) but considering my lack of hours (to drive) it doesn't hurt me.
The wind has totally KICKED MY A#$ this trip. After managing nearly 12 mpg from Denver to Big Springs, NE I haven't seen anything over 7.2 and that's even with me slowing down to lessen the effects (of the wind). I realize that spring is approaching but this is NUTS!
Oh, and the crappy-busted up Midwest roads have beat me to death. It's no wonder I prefer to stay out west. -
rice hill or. made it here with 25 min on my 11. wouldnt have made it to roseburg or. was 2 min short and didnt feel like crawling that long. that ride from toledo or to crevalas or is nice but sure takes abit to get thru those 25-35 mph towns
