I used to like the times I was given to deliver from SoCal (Walmart) up to I think Hermisten, OR. I'd do the math and with CA and OR being a 55 states it was not possible. Since it was a Walmart drop/hook I knew there was a window unlike what +1 likes to say so I always took them. For the most part I put cruise on 60 and was always on time of the +1 times of getting there. But really I should have been late. That POS program does not account for lower speed limits. Its to run you ragged.

On a further note I got my nice video from Dick Stocking today. When they tell me to go to Greer to get my camera installed it will be my last day.

Back in Belgrade MT at the FlyJ on I-90 doing a 10. Ran 5 hrs north for a live load in the hills and then ran back. Gross is 79.9k lbs with full tanks. If I had a passenger I'd be overweight. Shooting for Cheyenne WY tomorrow. I hope that storm in WY doesn't move too far east or I'll get caught up in it going down I-25. I'm really getting tired of driving in snow. C'mon Springtime!!

OCEANDAN...are you transferring to the Houston dump or just picking up a beater there??

After much consideration, contemplation, consternation and constipation I decided to retain my Greer dm. All joking aside he really has taken care of me. So I'll get a truck in Houston but stay set as Greer even though we'll be living in Bay City area.

    HousTank and Lepton1 Thank this.

It's been official for awhile. DLs already got training on them a week ago. They will be mounted on the windshield. Facing the road and the driver. If you look in the swift section for the thread about them. There is a FAQ sheet there that tells you more.
I've been waiting for the video too. I heard it was supposed to be out on the 9th or so. But nothing. For me yet.

I believe that's a wise choice. Good luck finding anything other than a POS truck at the terminal.

Guess I'll be packing my bags soon. I won't have a cam on me 24/7 while I'm out.

Still suffering from demon possession, may have to call an exorcist tomorrow if it keeps up.

I wonder if that's why freight has been so 'slow' lately.
Have they over hired in anticipation of many drivers leaving?
