Did you just start the dedicated? Because it took 2-3 weeks for my pay to switch over to intermodel pay. I got shorted and was calling in. I was told it would take a few weeks so I was expecting it. I did get a nice big check when they got me integrated to the other pay scale.

Yea I started it a couple weeks ago. Talked to new dm today and got the reason and he even emailed me proof so I'm happy now. Apparently it's the fact it's a whole new account and of course computers went down today.
Anyone else notice when they go down its always a Friday?OceanDan Thanks this. -
Yea it got me today. Did my LC in Statesville, drove to rails in Charlotte and no billing. So had to pull in the waiting area which kinda sucks because you kind of get put on the backburner for gating in. My planner had to manually do the billing so overall 45 minutes to drop the can and bobtail out. And yep Friday afternoon is the day for it to go down or do an update to your Qc.

Hi guys from Phoenix. 😣
Brought a load down from Denver to Phoenix with a T-Call to Lathrop for Home time. In the middle of Colorado my Qualcomm quit, so here I am at HQ waiting for the QC guy who called off sick today - must be nice.
Whats this about cameras and videos going on?
I used to drive transit buses in the Bay Area, I guess camera's no longer bother me...I don't feel that way about a truck. A bus I dropped off and went home. A truck, well, that's our living space.
Wouldn't that be an invasion of privacy or something? Could they terminate us for covering the camera with the blinds while sleeping? I don't know...do Owner-Ops have to have camera's as well?
In anycase, you guys up north, I'll pray for. That weather is crazy and dangerous!! -
company driver only getting cameras. they can not make truck owners/lease put cameras in their trucks.

In Wichita KS taking a 10 on a side street at the receiver of my load from Superior MT. They ran my 14 out while they took 4 hrs unloading me. When I was loaded it took one guy less than 20 minutes to put 24 pallets on. Some people hustle and others don't..at the drivers expense.
Pulled outta Cheyenne at 3:30am this morning after taking a hard look at the road reports and radar. Was sleeting pretty good but temps were a little above freezing so I split so I could miss the morning traffic getting through Denver. Fifty miles east of Denver the rain stopped and it was smooth sailing all the way to Wichita.
Got a ppln enroute to pick up a tcall at the OKC terminal in the morning for a live unload Monday AM in Houston. I'll get to my terminal very early Sunday morning and park the load then head for the house. Will come back Monday morning to do the unload and then spend the next four days chillin' at home. Been a semi-crappy 5 weeks out this time so I'm very ready to take a breather. I'll also be interviewing at least two new prospective employers. The inevitable nanny cams are the last straw.OceanDan Thanks this. -
About to experience my first serious desert thunderstorms, super cells are moving into Laredo. You can find me hiding somewhere safe.

Buffalo, WY at a tiny little c-store/truck stop. Walked down the street and had an excellent steak dinner.
Since I don't deliver til Monday will probably take a 34 in Missoula.
Quite the wild ride from Denver to here. Rain & snow all but the last 65 miles.OceanDan Thanks this. -
Houston on a extended 34. Bbq and shiner beer with a good friend and his fam from my ground pounder days.
OceanDan Thanks this.
