Eloy, AZ. Lots of fun this morning getting trailer inspection at customs on the border. Mac 30 when parked and snagged a nice werner ladder load to Minooka for Sunday then will get a glr load home for Monday. Possibly a Costco to Columbus

Finally, after 2 dry days, I have internet again.
My new T-Mobile broadband has more dead areas than Verizon. I got a 2G signal, but that is all but worthless.
Still, at 1/3 the cost I'm not complaining.
Just happy today.

I delivered 2 loads to the same Walmart in PA yesterday, in the same pre-loaded trailer from the same shipper.
So 1 pickup and 1 delivery, but I got stop pay for it because there were 2 BOL's.

Now I've got a load of tissue paper, all 12.5k of it, headed to another Walmart DC in IL.

This load can deliver any time until Monday night so I am taking a 34 to get all my hours back.
I've been getting tired of running recap hours, and I can use a day off.

 

At the J in Dallas hooked to Idle air.

Lancaster's incompetence struck yet again when I found out another truck was dispatched on my load back to Colorado.

Then KNOWING I want to go west they plan me on a HEAVY load to PA with too much time on it.

KNUCKLEHEADS!

 

At the J in Amarillo with a lot left to go. I struggled with having no energy to run today, still not bad for starting in Houston at 0300

 

That's decent day ... not much point in pushing any further, no worthwhile place to stop beyond that point

 

The J in Pecos. Pulled in with my 6k load and noticed the sky going east and the wind picking up so decided to just stop. Only had enough time left to get another 30 miles. Always like this place. So full of tankers. Today the GLR planners tried to send me a load and at the same time my dm calls regarding it. I look at it and tell him no way in heck. Picked up at Costco at 1500 on Monday and deliver Columbus at 1700 on Tuesday. I would bob tail home before I did that. Then this afternoon found me one for Target. Pick up in Kankakee to West Jefferson and deliver as soon as I can.

 

Ute Travel Center in Towaoc, Colo before trudging into West Valley City tomorrow. My lower back was already killing me when I got here, two hours of blackjack just compounded the problem. Meh, I need some chiropractic and natural healing soon.
