Stopped at the last S-bound rest area on I-15 in UT. It's so peaceful and cool here I decided to spend the night rather that deal with parking at the Pilot in St George.

On a 2-stop Costco diaper load from KC in Ogden headed to San Luis Obispo with the stop in Santa Maria. SO much better than the 3 stopper headed to San Jose that they first planned me on. I KNOW better than to want to deal with early morning traffic in south bay. BTDT!

Moses Lake, WA. Nice DOT when came into WA. Our turn in the barrel here. Safety score. Did a MAC 30 about 28 hours before my PTA and actually snagged a decent one. 20K from Kent to Sidney, NE. Cabellas for Wednesday when I can get it there. Actually going to end up this week with 3200 miles. Have not seen one of these in 8 months. Then I know that I will probably get a decent load out of there.

First stop in the morning is not a problem. Can not even find the final on Earth google. It is the trident training center in Silverdale, WA. Was looking at the comments again and something caught my eye, drivers license and birth certificate to prove citizen. Called and got Memphis ECT(waste of Time) and they have never heard about that before. They messaged CSR and of course, no answer. I do have my passport at least.

How many carry their birth certificate with them?
I haven't had a passport in decades, and I don't cross any borders in any case.

I'm still in Denver on home time.
Last night I made a big turkey dinner, and it was yummy.

No pplan yet, but I'm hoping for something that delivers in this pay period.

Here in a rest area on I-5 just north of SEA-TAC. First stop today made me 5 hours late to my final so lost my 1300 mile pplan for Wednesday and to make up, gave me another one that picks up tomorrow at 1500 and delivers in Sidney on Thursday night so I can see with that load, 2 weeks about 5k miles. This has gotten past old. Home time on Tuesday so since picking up on Friday, knowing the planners, I can see about 1600 miles by Tuesday, plus this 1300 and all of 2000 this week

At my first stop, Costco in Santa Maria, CA. Arrived at 0615 for my 0700 appt and they put me on a door. THIS is why I'd MUCH rather do stops at Costco rather than another of our big customers. $35 a stop and I get to sit on mt butt and watch, I'll take that to $20 a stop where I have to grab stickers off the pallets.

At my 2nd (and final) Costco stop in San Luis Obispo, arrived at 0755 for my 0830 appointment and she APOLOGIZED because it was gonna be about 0830 before a door was available.
Like I said, gotta love Costco.

WOW! A receiver that actually apologizes to a driver! One of the reasons I went to shuttle was so I wouldn't have to deal with cranky clerks.

Jessup, MD. At a cluster of a shipper, delivered a load this morning in Halethorpe that came from Perris, CA.

Taking this load to laredo, maybe....if I can ever get out of this dock. 3 hours and counting...

Costco is one of the few customers who realize the value of a driver's time. They have never taken more than 1 hour to unload an entire trailer, most of the time takes about 45 mins. Only downside is they make you wait inside the receiving area.

At The J in Frazier Park, CA, on my way home for a reset. Given the option I try NOT to drive through the LA Basin during the afternoon commute. I'll leave here about midnight and be in Phoenix by 8:00 am.
