That's what I'm saying no real rush hour ... left lanes are moving fine.

I've been there when it was a parking lot, but not this morning.
It slowed down in a couple places, but I didn't lose even 5 minutes.

So I get another pplan picking up at a drop yard here in town, and delivering in Mexico on the 27th.
    123 loaded miles.
    Huh?
I turn it down, saying that I don't go out of the U.S..
A message back saying it t-calls in Laredo, and a new pplan.
I turn it down telling them to include the t-call and correct miles. (It is 900 miles from here to there.)
Another message telling me that it is t-calling tomorrow, then another with some strange times.
    I called the planner.

She told me that the load was being picked up in Phoenix tomorrow morning at 0800. It is pre-loaded with about 130 to the t-call here, so it should be here by noon. The driver is going on home time here.
The times and miles will be fixed once it is t-called, so I accepted the load.

She also told me that I had already been dispatched on the Costco trailer move load, but I never got the dispatch. Someone just did it, but didn't send me anything.
It didn't make sense to either of us that I should go to Costco to drop one mt and pick up another, so she took that load off me.

    So all is good now.
I've got a load with good miles for the next couple days, although not going to a place I like.
And I can sleep in a little tomorrow.

Now it's back to some Stargate SG-1 and my dinner.

123 miles from Tucson, sounds like Nogales.

I HATE the fact that the planners send us preplans that make no sense and/or have incorrect information. At least 50% of the preplans I receive have at least 1 bit of wrong information. I realize that often the CSR is at fault.

The other thing that really upsets me is the lack of oversight concerning the planners. The seem to do as they please (like blowing your PTA out 3-5 days) and NO ONE ever does anything about it.

That's OK, I'm down to 61 days and a wake up. But who's counting? :)

    A21CAV Thanks this.

That's because you're a "traffic snob". That's OK, I'm one too. That's what happens when you spend too much time caught in REAL rush hour traffic in places like SoCal, NorCal. Chicago, Atlanta, ect.

Jenna , you don't need to be a victim of ### hole planners wherever you happen to be . Call Erasmo and if he gives you the "I'll message the planners " buck and wing call Joe Trevino extension 1111 or Joe Navarro at Laredo . Don't let some REMF in an uninhabitable dump like Jonestown ruin your day . If they put you on vacation without your permission they are in breach of contract . They get away with it when we let them .

Its 3:25 in Laredo ; get on the phone before they go home and the Lancaster ### hole planners take over .
