And when they set our PTA to a time that is planner code for "do not plan this truck ". There is an ongoing discussion with people in Phoenix about this material breach of contract and conspiracy to defraud that will hopefully resolve this problem resulting in planners with a tight set of guidelines regarding their treatment of owners . If not there will be an injunction to cease and desist filed in the 9th US Circuit court . If you look up the 9th you might notice they don't go in for lawyers wasting time with years of lawyer bull #### .
I told the ppeople I talked to in Phoenix it is not wise to #### with the bull . They apparently didn't comprehend the "moo" that followed .

Sounds like you're heading home . Good .
-
Moose , I'll be in Laredo through Friday or Saturday . Let me know when you'll be here . I'd enjoy meeting you .
Frank -
I'll grab one from the same Walmart IDC after I drop this one
A21CAV Thanks this. -
I hope all Swift drivers have a great Thanksgiving especially if your on the road!
-
Frank,
I gave up caring about the BS that Swift allows to go on a while back. It's common knowledge that Swift views the O/Os as second class drivers who are there to "take up the slack" for the company drivers. The planners will continue to do as they please because they have no direct supervision.
61 days and a wake up!scottied67 and A21CAV Thank this. -
I'm planning to get there around 2030 on Thursday.
I'm staying in Anthony, TX tonight at the Loves, then it's a full day of driving tomorrow.
I look forward to meeting you, Frank. -
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Sitting in Demotte, IN tonight at the Love's. Got a load that will get me thru the house tomorrow for some turkey dinner then heading for Columbus on Friday. Be safe.
A21CAV Thanks this. -
No turkey for me this time, I'll be stuck at the Laredo terminal.
Well, unless the terminal is hosting Thanksgiving dinner for everyone there. That would be nice.
(personally, I think it should be mandatory...)
My choice, however.
My middle daughter's birthday is Thanksgiving Day this year.
I took home time with them last weekend, just to make it easier on all concerned about getting there this weekend. That includes other drivers that really want to be home with their families on that day.
And she got her present a week early. I got her a Wacom drawing tablet for her computer. She has a lot of talent as an artist, and a mouse just doesn't cut it. -
Moose, turkey dinner is as close as the TA. Sucks that they are gonna charge $15.99 for it instead of showing some appreciation for those drivers staying out on the road, but if I was staying out that's where I would probably be stopping. And happy birthday to your daughter.
