That sounds lame.
I had nothing but respect when I went there.
There was nothing 'hot potato' about any of it.

Canyonville or at the seven feathers truck stop.
Never been here so I stopped here to do a 30 minute break. Didn't need to since I only had 7hr44m on 70 when I started.
But thought I walk around and see what's it like.
I am only 200 miles from final in Milwaukee or. And have to fuel at t/a I aurora or. Load delivers at 1600 tuesday.
So gonna do a 34 reset here.
Food looks good in the c-store so I probably get dinner there. Then run to casino tomorrow for the buffet which I heard was good.
Steakhouse seems good to but read some low reviews. So with the high price I will skip it.
Pretty wet ride with this rainRugerfan Thanks this. -
Fernley, NV.
Picked up a fairly light load in Willows, CA this morning headed to ID. A least that is in the right direction for my upcoming home time, but I doubt I'll get there by the 11th. That's alright though, nothing important going on.
I have never seen such light truck traffic on I-80 up to Reno. I found out why when I tried to stop at the Petro in Sparks. But the TA and Petro were pretty much full at 1430 this afternoon. Crazy, but it is Sunday.
370 miles to go and I don't deliver until Tuesday at 0900, so lots of time. -

I deliver near Boise, ID tomorrow morning. Just after I shut down today I got a pplan - trying to send me back to CA when my home is 2 days later in MN.
No way, I must say!
My last official home time was over 2 months ago. They better find me something headed that way. -
I think that C&H account near Crockett CA has a load going to MN. Ran it 2 times.
Moosetek13 Thanks this. -
The thing is, if I refuse to run in a direction that takes me away from home time they always find something near me that gets me there.
There are always loads going in every direction, but planners in certain areas seem to want to keep people running in that area unless pressed into service for the common good.
I think the far west and far east are the worst of it, because true OTR drivers try to stay clear of those areas. They are simply too hard to get out of because they are so bad.
Like I said, a black hole that sucks you in and never lets you out.
I don't mind either if I can continue to run all 48. I do mind when they won't let me out.Tolmie Thanks this. -
Mount Vernon as at Lowe's store.
Got a call on way hear and called back about 30 miles out.
Seems another driver was having issues backing in.
Lady wanted to know if I could help.
But he already sent a empty call by time I called here.
Got here and see why.
Complete blindside back into dock. They have the delivery box truck parked on left side of dock and trash roll off on the right.
Gonna be fun. I hate blindside backing. Never been good at it
Don't know !how long it took the driver to back un but Lowes is behind on unloading it. -
Got into dock do finally at 6pm. Hour after appt time.
Manager letting me park in front for my 10.
Took me about 10 minutes to get the trailer in the dock. -
Lewiston, ID at the terminal.

Hurray, finally.
Hopefully the weather gets better in the next couple days.JOHNQPUBLIC Thanks this.
