Yuma, AZ. Taking my time. Boy did I get to watch one of our drivers pull a real ##### this morning at the Fontana Yard. Those that have been there, know that there is a no left turn sign behind the fuel island trying to get out of the terminal. Well as I was waiting to leave, got to watch one try and make that left turn. He did finally make it, but just could not read English I guess. Then that is not all. At the exit they have 4 cones set up curving to the right because they do not want us to make a left turn onto Banana Ave due to the construction at the end of the road. Well I think that you can guess, yes, he tried to make a left turn again. He started to back up and I thought that he was just going to swing to the right, but nope, he continued to make the left. Took out two cones and kept going. When I got to the guard, I asked, Hope that you write a report and give to Safety. Yes, he is. If this driver is doing this in our yard, then I am scared of what he is doing on the road out here.

 

I swear I could make that left hand turn.. errr I mean no habla lefto turno senior..

And wth are calf fries.?

In Otay Mesa CA. Got here this morning and delivered at 08:00. Received preplan going to Mississippi. Will complete a 34 hour rest here and pick up load tomorrow evening. Delivers on Wednesday morning.

Got to watch Gold Miner drive in da snow and ice...... I think he lying about being a student and just wanted to ride with a cool mentor.. He drives like he has some experience

 

Calf fries are the same as RMO, cept that are taken from calves, not full grown bulls. Generally when the herd is getting worked and they cull the bull calves from the heifers, they castrate them and save the testes and have a feast later in the day. At least that's what we did when I worked cattle years ago.
