    There are a number of Swift drivers who have created threads dealing with Orientation and training. Check 'em out in the Swift forum. Orientation is pretty low key - mostly filling out paperwork, watching videos, and listening to a few people talk about company policies and procedures. If you have any specific questions, I suggest that you start a thread, and ask away! We are a helpful bunch (usually).
