Shutdown at home doing a 34. Delivering Monday morning then already have Monday afternoon and Tuesday pplans accepted.

Took a 1200 mile pplan and about two hours into it got a message adding an extra 30 Hours untill delivery... t-call please? I think they had to consult an army of NASA scientist to see I didn't need a 54 hour reset seeing I just finished a 34 earlier today... Twinfalls ID

I just spent a week on a 1400 mile load, thanks to a JIT load going to Salt Lake with too much time plus a couple days shut down waiting for I-80 to open.
Delivered before noon today, and had a pre-plan getting me to the Denver area for my delayed home time with my girls before I delivered.
I'm a week late for them, but better late than never.

I'll be in Denver tomorrow evening.

Midlothian, TX.... after a long day of stupidity with a shipper. Load canceled, load changed, then load too long for me to haul and not rip my headache rack off. Plus side is I got a preplan heading home to take a short time off with my man. Trying not to think about the lack of miles though...

Effingham, IL at Pilot. Last time here there was ice, snow and about 20 wrecked trucks. None of tha now but 33* and dropping w snow forecast east where I'm headed.

Edwardsville terminal. Load finally ready at almost midnight, and still only 15 minutes late from when the t-call called for. Yes, I was pushing the whole way, and took the GPS and Swift route. Bad accident on I-70 eb at the 169 in MO. Did see a Swift that looked like involved. Heard fatalities. The Swift truck was on the NB side on the grass going EB on frontage road. Looked like maybe a Moberly Wal_mart truck since pulling a wal-mart trailer. Now just hoping for something in the morning since thre are quite a few here. Everytime I get a load to a terminal on weekend, get ready to bend over. So much for my DM sending a msg every Friday morning, "we are working hard on getting everyone set up for the weekend to run". Yeah right. this is my 3rd weekend outta 4 that I have been sitting.

Back at the denver terminal. Sent in my mt call at 0500 waited for a load and fell asleep, woken up to the qc telling me I don't have enough hours for a load and reset my pta to 2359.
Im sorry, but I don't care for denver, seems I always get hosed when here. I mean sending a new pta 5hrs after my mt and pta was set. What a waste of a day, next weeks roll off is going to hurt. -
Salt Lake City... Gotta pplan that pu a trl that is a JIT load doesn't deliver untill 03/06 ... Why is this a JIT? How tight is parking at the Sparks Term at night?

Sparks is right next to a truck stop. Small terminal, big truck stop.
