At the J in Cheyenne. Started the day with 2 inches of fresh snow on the truck and between 2-4 inches of snow on I-70 until I passed Eagle. Only 377 miles for the day, but I'm worn out.

The delivery went smoothly at IKEA then cross town to Wheat Ridge for a preloaded trailer full of cardboard headed for Idaho Falls, delivers Wednesday. Big to-do in the dispatch about avoiding US191 in Wyoming during the winter yet it showed up in both the fuel route and the Qualcom GPS routing.

    Still in Phoexix.

Delivered my load Sunday morning and started to feel sick.
By Monday morning I was in no shape to drive to the terminal and take the sim class, so I called to reschedule.
Earliest class is Wednesday at 1230, but that's OK. I need the time to get well.

First time in around 4 years that I've gotten sick, and it's just a cold or something. Trouble is, when I do get sick it really puts me under for a few days.

Still sitting in Mira Loma. Got 2 PP. One is a killer on mileage (killer in the bad way) PU loaded tlr here in Mira Loma deliver all the way in Ontario for a live unload, 10 miles total drive. #2 is live load in Lancaster Ca for live unload in Vista ca, whopping 146 miles. And my mentor and myself are set up as a team now so we passed on both. Crossing fingers for a better load

In Idaho Falls at the brand new Loves (didn't know it was here). My delivery isn't scheduled til 2:00 pm tomorrow afternoon and of course the dispatch says I cannot deliver early. I may call the customer in the morning and see what they say. I've given up counting the numbers of customers who told me "You could have delivered early, don't know why Swift told you THAT!"

Steve, I lost count in the last month that I have been told appt when it is FCFS, and right in the instructions it says FCFS, and get ahold of CSR, and they say it is appt. Getting real tired of being lied to.

Still sitting at home waiting for a pplan. Called and sent msgs to some contacts, and, nothing. Freight is bad in the Columbus area, from what I am being told. With my luck, watch me get a pplan in the morning, something that has to be right there, and has been sitting around. Thank you again PLUS-1

Livingston, MT... Finally get to vacumm out the truck... A broom can only get so much! I like how there are quite a few terminals that have touchless washes but not one with a vacumm...
