when you lease with swift how limited are you on truck selection for first time lease? curious if some trucks only teams can lease or can you pick from every one they have?
-
I would suppose u could pick any I'm company and was given a team truck KW T700 and had it ever since Im thinking of leasing in a year or so I wouldn't mind taking mine over if they let me as long as they turn that speed up and remove the idle shutoff, anyone know if they'll let u take a company truck over as a lease only has 65,000 miles I got her with 1900 miles and no plates sticker or passes and seats plasticed not sure if they pulled trucks with it or what
Any body know why battery's run low within 2 hrs of just a cooler tv and Xbox running or even just bunk heater running 2 hrs at night before it sounds alarm I'm constantly keeling when I first got it I had no issues battery's stayed up fine for most of a restart, battery's checked they have no idea even checked battery's twice still no idea any help for them to check if u had same problem -
swift stopped leasing out company truck, as i wanted to lease my company t700 and was told they stopped that few months back.. mind you this was about a year ago.
well running an xbox, tv, heater etc at the same time will kill yer batteries for sure. thats why if im going to play Call of Duty, while im parked w/ cooler, heater on, i idle a few hours. yer pulling a lot of amps there.
maybe turn off one or the other, turn off all interior lights...etc. pluss if yer a company driver, yer not saposed to have inverters in yer truck, so be careful when asking the shop why yer alarm is going off while yer gaming or whatnot. -
As for inverters I was told plug in inverters are fine but no wired in ones, they can't expect u to have no inverters, the battery's were fine at first I can't even run my bunk heater at night with nothing on except cooler high I've always had there has to be a issue, usually if Im parked at the Walmart DC I work out of I run a extension cord at the Swift term for my tv and Xbox I hate ideling unless its hot out I been having to to just keep warm now I used be able to run all this stuff during a restart and not even run the truck til half way through
