got the truck out of shop. they said it needed an alignment. was 8/32 off. they also put on new steer tires. hope that fixes the shaking. if not,i'll have to get to pheonix shop to get it balanced. also got the spare tire replaced. have to be in richmond tomorrow b4 1000. gonna leave here at 6am just in case of really heavy traffic.

i tcalled my load at Lathrop, they gave me another load that delivers to the same place tomorrow morning in richmond and then stacked a load picking up at quaker oats in Oakland which goes to Tacoma, WA

Not a bad run but I have to play it smart, got 13 hours left on my 70, after unloading this and picking up the other I will probably be down to 9 or 10, I will make sure to stay in off duty for the live unload, 722 miles or so to Tacoma so if I have 9 hours that would be 450 done at average of 50mph, I know I got a lot of mountains, I dont pick up any hours tomorrow or the next day and pick up 12:45 on the following day, have to deliver this load by 7-18 5:15 so I would have to get the other miles done no more than 5 hours on the 18th if I begin at midnight, im not sure if I should go for it or call and get it removed and explain my hours, well I might call and see if they show a later window since that would be doable.

At the J in Snowville, UT. Headed for Grandview, WA

Delivered (early) at the Lowes in Idaho Falls then headed south to P&G in Bear River City, UT. Got a pleasant suprise when my load turned out to be 15,000 lbs instead of the 43,000+ I was expecting.

And now the bunk AC in my truck is acting up. Given that it was the bunk heater hose that blew off 10 days ago I suspect that the 2 are related. I got the AC working well enough (for now) but another dealer visit is in my future.

You'll LOVE Quaker Oats in Oakland. The closest scale is on San Leandro St. just south of Hegenburger.

not familiar with the area at all, how many miles will that set me back? I might need to just get that load dumped since now I have to think about hunting the scale and that time too.

called the DM and he went over my hours and claims I can make it and if not do the mac 22, we will see, I will try my best to run it as hard as I can but those mountains might kill my time some. He also had a driver with him who said there is a scale 2.5 miles from quaker and they give a map to it, I will stay off duty for both the live unload and the live load at quaker, the final is a drop.

Anyone know if I will need cash for any tolls going to Richmond then Oakland and on out to Washinton? I dont have any cash on hand.
