Meridian, MS. Should have gone to the TA. Can not even get on the internet here at the Peelot. Already a pplan, courtesy of Command. PU in Benton, TN, 18 miles from where mt, and del in Pasadena, TX on Friday morning. Load pays good and it is a relaxing run, just heavy, water. At least know that not a problem getting out of there on a Friday, and stay south.

Morris, IL at TA.
Picking up at Costco in the morning, headed to Bloomfield, MI for an evening delivery.
It is so out of the way I'll probably have to spend the night in the Costco lot, like the last time I delivered there. -
still sitting waiting for my load to cut, its scheduled for 1730 with a delivery by 0400 but was told they have been cutting early. Guess my load will be the exception today, I hoped to get to lathrop and deliver then at least try to get into a queue at the terminal shop, I at least got a decent amount of sleep that I really needed since yesterday I was feeling like crap. I dont need to get that sickness going around.
Also where the hell is winter? I woke up sweating in my truck and had to open the vents and turn on the fan, I opened the windows but a bee flew in so I closed those right back up. I guess I need to buy those window vents eventually when I hit a TA/petro or I might look online. -
Winter is where I'm at.
Temp is falling fast and it started snowing a couple hours ago. It should get down to around 5 degrees tonight, and then I head to MI tomorrow where it is supposed to get to around -5. -
Iowa 80 has the vents if you pass one...I like em

I never go that way, I stay local in CA
got a call while I was midway with my pre trip from the planner "where you at?" the flying j where I told you I was going last night..... "need you to come grab a mt and get to fed ex asap" was an easy $30 for a hour of work. Then took my load to lathrop, as I was dropping the load he calls me "I need you to check into the shop as soon as they open since you will get a load coming back and then a load going south" Just what I want to do, get 3 hours of sleep then hit the shop and stay up all day and night....shut down at 12:30 and it always takes me a couple hours to finally get to sleep and I think the shop opens in lathrop around 6 or 7? Guess we will see, if I at least get in a queue and it takes a few hours I can go back to sleep and they can wake me up when they want the truck, other than that the planner better expect I might stop for a nap midway through my day.
About the winter, its been in the 70's here in CA -
Mason City, IA,
At the company apartment. -
decided to sleep until 8am, shop didnt have doors open anyway. Went and talked to the guy and he looked at my tires and asked how much time I have, told him not a lot since I am under loads and he said he needed more than a few hours, I then told him im Target dedicated and need to get back asap so he then told me pull into the door, he was going to try and get all 8 drives replaced but said he didnt know if they would go for it "saving money" but 2 must be replaced no matter what, one has bad tread, another I found a huge bolt sticking in it last night and this morning its flat, other tires have chunks missing etc so we will see. I guess they think its cheaper to use on road to replace tires later.....
