GooD OTR Training comp

GUys, I am looking to get a job going otr. I am fresh out of school and for the life of me, I can not get a freeking job. I have appied to hundreds of CDL a/b jobs but....No exp. I ever have a flawless record-both motor vehical and criminal. I hav enever in 25 years had an accidents. Anyways, I hear bad things about some of these OTR companies and was wondering if some of you more exp guys could point me in the right direction. I am looking for a comany that will hire me to go OTR for them.
