Wonder why? I would guess the shipping cost or maybe nobody bought them. Ray couldn't wait to get them in the first time. He said that is what he always used in Key Down contests and liked them better than a steel whip. They were originally made in Southhaven, MS (southern Memphis) until somebody bought them out and moved up to Illinois. Probably made in China now days.

 

No, they're still made about 45 minutes away from the house in IL.

 

Now that I know I can't go to Ray's and buy another one, I wish I had an extra. I do have two Francis CB-50 Amazers though.......Haven't tried one on the truck yet though.

LOL......one is brand new, the other needs sanding and painting.

 

You should put the new one on eBay with a $200 Reserve to see if anybody jumps on it

 

Well you've got my curiosity up on that idea......shipping wouldn't be cheap either.
