I’d be embarrassed to post those rates on a public forum. I guess next time I see a load though and I say to myself who the #### hauls this ####, now I know.

Kentucky no special lights needed,24/7 with some county curfews.
Tennessee the same but extra lights needed.

Is that something that would be written on permit? If u need extra lights or flags etc.

Everything you need extra, signs, flags, lights, curfew. It's all on the permit provisions and required addendums the state might require you to download and print. Everything is on the state websites.

    The rates I posted.
I run off the load board. What is there ,is what is there.

That's great for you to have the ability to bid directly against the brokers. Or better to have the shipper under contract as a direct customer.

You get paid better rates, that's excellent for you.
    Have a great day.

All the wonderful "extra" laws, regulations, guidance for an OSOW permit are called PROVISIONS.

Provisions can usually be googled and downloaded directly from the state. If you are doing lots of OSOW print them out and put em in a binder. A good resource is the book called "Oversize Load Regulations and Pilot Car Directory" and heavyhaul.net

If you are still in Phoenix quite a bit ... auto safety house on Buckeye has a lot of good quality OSOW banners, flags, etc.
