**Good Small Flatbed Company**

anyone could help me, i have my cdl, but no otr. I went to the dmv took test and driving test and passed. Since i did not go to school i'am getting turned down alot. Any advice?

i just spent 500 getting my lic. There is no other companys?

 

Im in the same boat as you are in this I just used a friends truck and passed, but no one is willing to hire me because I did not go to a school. Its mainly due to the insurances with most companies do not want someone who has limited driving of a 80,000+ pound truck driving down the road at 60+ mph down the road.

 

well i find that ######## everyone has to start somewhere.....

 

Call TMC or put an application in they were willing to take me but I havent called them back.

i filled out an app with tmc no call.

 

Thats strange, I recieved a call from them about two hours after I put in the application. I do already have my HazMat and Passport so that may of helped. I also have some flatbed experience I have hauled pilings, tractors, cars, etc but nothing major and all for limited times maybe a year if you put it all together and with all different companies.
