I totally get what you're saying about not needing to snack constantly while on the road. A good, solid meal at a diner really hits the spot. I’ve been trying something new lately that’s been helping curb my cravings – barley grass juice powder. I mix a scoop of barley powder into water or a smoothie, and it’s been great for energy without that “need to snack” feeling. I’m pretty new to this forum, so just wanted to share what’s been working for me! The powder gives me that extra boost, and it feels a lot better than mindlessly munching while driving.
