I totally get what you're saying about not needing to snack constantly while on the road. A good, solid meal at a diner really hits the spot. I’ve been trying something new lately that’s been helping curb my cravings – barley grass juice powder. I mix a scoop of barley powder into water or a smoothie, and it’s been great for energy without that “need to snack” feeling. I’m pretty new to this forum, so just wanted to share what’s been working for me! The powder gives me that extra boost, and it feels a lot better than mindlessly munching while driving. Anyway, love this discussion. Thanks for the tips!

if i don't deliberately "dont eat" I'll empty the whole bag and then wonder why my gut is complaining. brain loves it while driving but I'm not grazing on grass lol I'm grazing on breadsticks. :( started setting feeding windows for myself, like every four hours give yourself 10 minutes to gobble down as much as you want of whatever you want. i can't enunciate how good it feels to get to the feeding window hungry af and stuffing your face as fast as you can for exactly 10 minutes and only 10 minutes. your body soaks up food in a completely different way when it's pulled back like a slingshot. my recent go to has been smokehouse almonds and pretzels. flavors mix really really good
