Ozark and Dot are both good choices.
There's also A&R Transport with a loading facility in Nashville.
Bulkmatic in Hopkinsville. Some terminals with Bulkmatic will hire new cdl school grads and keep them local until they get used to the job, then gradually let the driver move further out.

Have 6 months of recent, verifiable, tractor/trailer experience with a regulated carrier OR be a recent graduate from an accredited truck driving school. -
Werner has been great with me. I’m trying to get a full year in and go to flatbeds. Do not go to England they are so not worth it. They have a terminal in I believe Georgia. Hometime my fleet manager tries to get me home on time but 9 out of ten I’m a day late. But they’re patient they will make sure you’re safe.

Here's one that hires Las Vegas drivers and sometimes hires a new cdl school grad.
