The good thing about swift is that it's basically a giant over redundant system. You can get the results you want with a little knowledge of said system, luck and any excuse that involves the word "safety".
Learn the system, abuse it and then leave after 6 months.

Go for it you have to take the good with the bad when you first start out. Tough it out the first 6 months and show them you can do the job w/o complaining or any incidents and they'll start trusting you more and giving you better loads. Get 2 yrs exp then find a better operation.
Or if you like a good intense workout hit up the food/beverage companies. It's what I did -
im in your shoes doubble07.retired 10 yrs ago after 26 yrs. now im a rookie again had the same idea about swift i would like to go w/pumpkin trucks, but i don't think i can pass there psychical. and if i fail there they share that info with all the other trucking company's. they do the same with the drug tests, fail at one, they all know . what the hell !wheres that swift web site, might as well get the pain over with.my company will take me back w/3months otr.
