Google +1 Button

Many have similar concerns such as Landshark.

It will become a tracking item with a name. I have a google account already and it automatically locked itself into my name and tried to link to this.

I deleted the number and my id from google to verify it was gone.

I do not need or want anyone tracking me.

Look into this further.

 

I knew of this problem 5-6 years ago.

There are some rather easy solutions.

Isn't it more than just a google thing ?

most folks run tor, or sandbox. don't they ?

 

I have given in. It really doesn't matter if you sign up, give your real name, or for that matter, your SSN--if you've used the internet, it is a very simple matter to match a real name with an online id. Everyone leaves traces of who they are.

Being a conspiracy theorist though, I've often wondered if Google wasn't a secret division of the CIA. It is kinda scary how much data they have control over.

Whatever happens in the world, Google is the first to know about it.

 

Hell, of course I show my support. This forum has given me great information and some great people constantly provide amazing information everyday.
