    I was looking at the site for Gordon this morning.

    What is Heavy Haul and how is that different from OTR?

    They also say Team drivers can make $124k with no experience. Somehow I doubt that is true.

    How does Gordon compare as a first company?

    -heavy haul runs @ 105,000 lbs. 4axle tractor, and 2,3, or 4 axle trailers. and can only certain state and routes. 4th axle is a drop axle.
    - team drivers get payed differently than regular drivers they split down the middle, pay scale is different in each state.

    Most H.H. is up north too..not south very much at all...It used to be a good co. to work for but have had a lot of changes since I left there in 09. There was alot of drivers that were there a long time b4 leaving left and right...I saw things that were kinda jacked up and some that weren't. I guess everyone has a different view.
