I worked local outa clackamas yard for 4 months about 4 years ago. Am a wa resident. Quit because the hours were great for the first 2 months (no overtime) then the last 2 barely made 30-40 workin 6 days a week. will check into lawsuit to see if I qualify.

 

Yea that's a bummer about WA Overtime Laws , Maybe they should just PAY IT! That would be cool!!

I would like to get the word out about this, Seems like nobody has accurate information. They did go to court on the 2nd to attempt to get this case dismissed but failed to get that done. There is another court date on 04/13 but that won't be the actual trial, I guess that will be in June sometime.
