When you say running a dump pulling a trailer, is it a dump trailer or an equipment trailer? You might be pulling a Bobcat to a construction site and then become a laborer while there.
-
Driving a Dump and Pulling a flat Bed.. All I do is drive and chain down the equipment. Drive to Job Site, Unchain, Dump Asphalt in the paver, hook back up to flat bed then chain equipment and drive away.. -
Good luck on the new job! Hope it all goes well for you

Dude, are you sure you won't be "raking the asphalt" or directing traffic or making a burger run for the crew ?
-
So far just driven that's from the owner Himself.. He has a crew of 4 doing all the other work...

I did that many years ago until one of the guys broke his leg goofing off and the foreman told me to help rake.
It took 10 seconds of me looking at him like he just sprouted a boot out of his arse before he told me to forget he said anything!
Rake? One of the guys on the crew told me that evening when we were at the yard the boss thought I was going to come out the truck on him! They all got a good laugh as they knew I didn't know which end of the rake to hold! I told him it looked too much like work!
Rake ashpalt?? ROFLMAO!
Now driving a roller was fun! Even the sweeper but Rake asphalt???
ROFLMAO again! This is funny!
