Got a warning for speed

    I think I recall reading someplace that many retired drivers become DOT officers? So yeah, I would expect they'd know.

    Carrier I used to work for had a former inspector from the NM Motor Carrier Enforcement division as their safety coordinator. He showed us DOT inspector training videos on what they're trained to look for. ;)

    Not even gonna read all the posts as I have seen enough. Yes I was a State Trooper so first thing is if a driver I pulled over asked me to check a MVR report first than speeding would be the least of their worries. Now to the driver I am guessing the officer did not put the speed on the warning as if it was too high for a considered warning he could be in hot water or it was a legit speed for a warning.
