I recently got pulled over and the cop did an inspection level 3 and gave me a warning for speeding 11-14 over the speed limit ( I was going down hill). Does a warning come out on my license ? Does it impact me when I try to get a new job ? Thanks in advance
Got a warning in Indiana.

You’ll get csa points and those can’t be disputed because you got a warning and not a citation..
-
Oh okay thank you. Do you think that will hold me from getting a job?
-
Yeah, psp will get dinged and your company gets csa points.
-
Going down hill doesn't count. You'll be fine.
jsnell and N00bLaLoosh Thank this. -
Hey welcome to Indiana!
-
Just to be clear, there is a difference between the state and what the state sends to the Feds. While it's almost unheard of for a driver or carrier to get something removed, the FMCSA has setup the DATAQ system. It does NOT matter if the state issued a ticket OR a Warning, a driver can still use this system!
-
It was part of dot inspection so the csa points are applied
-
Of course they are! That’s how the system works. However, the DATAQ system is a means to (AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL) to get the CSA points removed.

Just curious, was this on I-70? Pretty sure its a 55 MPH work zone through the entire state.
asphaltcowboy4x4 Thanks this.
