Flatbed companies are generally harder up for new guys. Melton, tmc, maverick, and yes, western express, all train. I don't know about these days, but when I started, the washout rate was so high that every incoming orientation class had 40 guys in it. Doing the math, that was almost enough to replace the entire fleet twice every year.
