That is one thing I have never agreed with. Trainers can't train if they are sleeping. Nothing against you, I wish you the best, but if you get in a bind and need an instant answer or direction your on your own. I have never liked any company that ran trainees like teams. They are not ready for it. That is why they go out with a trainer. Be careful, be safe!
