That reminds me: I just remembered I got a warning last year for a hanging license plate. Cop didn't cite me, just gave me a written warning. Does this count as a moving violation for insurance puposes, i.e. for getting hired. Should I even list that on an app?

Welcome to Chicago. I am the only one doing anywhere near the speed limit in work zones.

Work zones that are only a mile long, another that is three miles! And the ######## can't slow up for even that little bit!
