High miles don't scare me as long as they are well maintained. The 93' Pete is a no go anyhow. The stretch on it _280" WB is too long for the company I'm trying to take it to. Have to keep it under 250" to take into Canada on occasion. They also informed me that it has to be 05' and newer. Bs lloops I got a 05' Pete 379 a couple hours from my house I'm going to go look at.

786,000 miles. Wasn't ran hard, no overhaul yet. Very well taken care of. All white/ chrome. Single turbo cat. Not sure if its a 3406 or a c-13. 10 speed.
25,000$ is what he's asking. I think he's selling his small fleet he's got 3 or 4 trucks for sale. Or he's just getting new ones. Either way that's a pretty good price on a nice truck. Its also only 234" wb so way under my limit. And a Pete with a cat.

75% tires, 70% brakes. Fresh dot, 470hp on the car dyno'd. Also has a pto, guessing he ran a tank. Can you remove those? Or does leaving it on take away from anything.

From my personal experience, I would take $5k off his price as I bet if it doesnt need an overhaul; it will VERY soon, as in 100k miles soon.....but once again that is my opinion and seems to hold true for most CATS......now I will be bombarded by the yellow motor lovers saying they got 1.5 million out of theirs which may be true but usually at the mileage it will require head/gasket repair if not an overhaul

Just for ##### and giggles I will post up a pic tomarrow (friday) of the 96 pete 379 stretched that I am pretty sure I will get for $8,500. Later after I buy it I will also post the paper work on it. I will admit deals like this don't come along all the time but I got lucky this time.

I hear ya. I was going to start at 18k$ and do the back and forth. Cats are strong engines, but you are defiantly right. I can see some top end work in the near future. I could see it going another 1-150000 miles before that though.
Hope ya'll had a good forth. Slow day, ran a short load up to Green Bay and caught their fireworks show.

The show ended an hour ago. It has sounded like a war zone since. I'm right off the east end of GB.

Mira possible. You got to do your searching and haggling. I had that 93' talked down to 16k. I'd have it if it weren't the company I'm tryin. To take it to who requires 250" or less because of Canada.
