What does that have to do with anything?

 

Illinois state law requires reimbursement for cellular phones, data used for business purposes. These fine folks disregard this state law as if they are above it. Their business is ran by the driver's smart phones.

 

Fair enough. I don’t think it’s worth the dispute when you’d already be paying for a personal phone anyways but it is technically used as a business phone.

 

A company can take the business deductible for phone expense, a company driver no longer can. These people give your phone # to every broker they use and don't even bother to ask you for permission. It basically belongs to them. Hold on, I'll file a complaint with the Illinois Dept of labor, I'll post the results ASAP

Driver for almost 2 years. And you? I don’t need to defend anything. They are what you make of them.
