GPS Alternative

I have never had any problems with routing.

 

I need to clarify my statement about not having problems with STR2...
Having learned a long time ago not to simply put an address into a gps and take off without reviewing the route first has prevented me from having problems.
I still run my old RM 720 and compare routes then review the routes with Google satellite and the atlas if need be.
To me, this is all part of proper trip planning and serves to avoid any issues.
I do run the STR2 as my primary gps due to the fact that the maps are the most current.

 

I don't know what you mean by drag your route

I really like the STR2. I need to get a newer tablet because there are features available that I cannot use because my tablet can't run them. It freezes up.
Other than that no problems.
You can change routing option from fastest,shortest or freeways. I leave it on fastest and they are very good.
