    I'm still a rookie but I've got plenty of hot shoting experience before I got my class A. Back the all I had was a map and cell phones were just coming out. I use GPS but everyone should know how to read a map. Technology definitely is better and super convenient but a good old atlas will never steer you wrong.

    Okay, after rereading your first post with that perspective in mind, I see how you meant it. My apologies, I didn't mean to come across as whining. Just seemed like you were telling me to use an atlas.

    I know it's a pain in the rear. Mine has gone down a couple times at the worst possible times.

    My Rand has been mostly working, and the PN was on just long enough for me to change a duty status, now it's out again.

    First week I was with this company, my PN decided to freeze up while I was downtown Philadelphia.... Not cool.
